Delivery
At Teawah, we ensure your tea reaches you fresh and on time. Please read the details below:
- Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are usually processed and dispatched by 12:00 PM IST on the day of order. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India typically takes 3–7 working days. Delivery may vary based on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges: Any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply on select orders as per ongoing offers.
Tracking Your Order: A tracking number will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped. You can track your order through the courier’s website for real-time updates.
Accuracy of Address: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address may incur additional charges.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if you receive a defective or damaged item.
An unboxing video and clear images of the product are mandatory and must be shared with us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, as per your preference.
Returns or exchanges will not be possible for reasons such as taste preference, opened/used products, or change of mind.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our facility.
We usually ship orders by 12:00 PM IST every day. Any cancellation request received before this time can be accommodated.
To cancel your order, please check the MY ORDER section after logging into MY ACCOUNT.
The refund amount (if applicable) will be credited back to your original payment method within 14 working days.
